2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All pricing is based on the information provided at the time of scheduling and the condition of the surfaces upon inspection.

  • Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work differs from what was originally described.

  • We do not guarantee pricing without an on-site evaluation for certain services.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


3. Results & Expectations

While we use professional methods designed to achieve the best possible outcome:

  • We do not guarantee complete stain removal.

  • Some stains, discoloration, wear, or damage may be permanent.

  • Results may vary based on age, material type, prior treatments, and overall condition.

We assess surfaces before starting work and clearly explain what results are realistic.


4. Pre-Existing Conditions

Elite Carpet Tile & Grout Cleaning is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage, wear, discoloration, or manufacturing defects

  • Shrinkage, color loss, texture changes, or fiber distortion due to prior use or treatments

  • Damage caused by improper installation or material failure

By approving service, you acknowledge that some conditions may not be correctable through cleaning.


5. Access & Preparation

Customers are responsible for:

  • Removing personal items, breakables, and valuables prior to arrival

  • Securing pets during the service appointment

We are not responsible for delays or incomplete service due to lack of access or preparation.


6. Drying Time & Aftercare

  • Drying times vary depending on humidity, airflow, surface type, and conditions.

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by premature use of surfaces before they are fully dry.

  • Aftercare instructions are provided and should be followed to maintain results.


7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.

  • Weather or safety conditions may require rescheduling at our discretion.


8. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
